Food and the panorama very nice, we'd love to come back again.

Great view of the Rudelsburg and Saaleck Castle. Here you can sit beautifully and look down into the valley. The food is not exactly cheap, but it is tasty, varied and more in the upscale, home-style area. So what you pay for is here in the best quality.

Place great. Went to eat. Wasn't great. The view of the castles is sensational

It's a shame that the waitress was not really interested in sales on Sunday, September 27th. We were a group of 9 people and would certainly have consumed more if the service had been a little more attentive. The food was very good but not enough for the prices.

The view is amazing, really fantastic. Unfortunately, the gastronomy is underground. In Corona times, senior buses and groups are important. Day tourists are arrogantly turned away if no prior reservation has been made. The way is not worth it.

A very nice restaurant for excursions. You have a beautiful view of the Saale valley and the castles. Gastronomy is very good. Lunch was great. I can only recommend it.

Eating with 2 people was not possible, despite free, unreserved seats. Squirrel enclosure not at all nice this time due to the dense planting. As always, the view there is unique.

Highly recommended great food, friendly service and a great view

We had to wait 10 minutes at the sign "please wait, you will be seated" while the waitress walked past us several times without making any eye contact. In the bottom row there were several tables free, which is why I cannot understand that the guests behind us were told that there was no more space outside. The view is very nice. Food tastes delicious, but for me watermelon has no place on a main course (ribbon noodles with cream mushrooms). There was also some salt missing on the fries, which I would have liked to have eaten with a normal fork instead of a french fork from the snack bar.

Great location, unfortunately the waitress took us 5 minutes. in front of the "You will be placed" sign, always careful not to make eye contact and not to inform us about the possibility of getting a seat. Service works differently, even if you have to turn away guests for lack of space.

Getting to the Kingdom of Heaven on foot is exhausting. There is a street there, but I didn't have a car. The view is beautiful. But that's all. Unfortunately, the kingdom of heaven does not impress with special food or a cozy atmosphere. A great view is not everything.

Very idyllic location above the Saalebogen. Nice service and delicious food. Worth a visit!

Beautiful landscape and view, delicious food, well worth a visit

The mountain guest site "Himmelreich". It is far away, but once you see the view of the valley you know it was worth it. You can't say anything bad about food, drink, coffee and cake, you just have to enjoy it. Just great.

Super cozy restaurant with a great view of the Saale valley. Super fast and very nice service. The food is awesome, optically and taste really high class at affordable prices. They are also very child-friendly. We couldn't make cakes anymore, but they also looked very tasty on the neighboring tables.

A nice view, which invites. For a restaurant, the staff is a bit overloaded and no operating system recognizable. Everyone serves each and it takes too long to take an order, as we sat 20 minutes before an operation came. A pity, because the staff was nice. Hence a star deduction.
